What we offer at Fallbrook Pilates:

Private Pilates Session$50.00
        This is a 55 minute one-on-one session with a certified Pilates instructor with the focus being on the individuals needs and goals.

Duet or Semi-private Session$35.00 per person
        This is a 55 minute session with a certified Pilates instructor. The ideal situation in a duet would be that each client be close to the same level with few special issues, however all of our instructors are experienced in working with different levels in a duet session.

Group Session$20.00 per person
        This is a 55 minute session with a certified Pilates instructor allowing four clients to work together on the reformer only. The group sessions are divided in to two levels: beginner and intermediate/advanced. It is a requirement that each client has had a number of private sessions prior to coming into a group session.

    

TRX Suspension training:

Private Session$45.00
        This is a 60 minute session with a Master trainer with the focus on the clients fitness needs and goals.

Duet/Semi-private$30.00 per person
        This is a 60 minute session with a Master trainer with the focus on each of the clients fitness needs and goals.

Group Class$20.00 per person
        This is a 60 minute session with a Master trainer in a class designed for beginner to advanced levels.
